Our Mission
Our mission is to create a deeper understanding of and participation in REAL and AUTHENTIC sustainability within New Zealand. We believe in regeneration and circular economy as a way to balance out the ill-thought though decisions of the past and we embrace new ideas and technologies to achieve this.
Meet Our Core Team
Andrew Slack
Andrew - director, consultant and coach - founded TBL Solutions in 2004.
His experience is based on a strong foundation of financial and portfolio management in management consulting, technology and sustainability. Andrew’s sweet spot is in Strategy, Innovation and Portfolio Management. Andrew has a strong reputation of getting stuff done and solving gnarly problems. Andrew can weave a solution together.
Chris Pepper
Chris - director and specialist consultant - has deep experience based on a strong foundation of strategic planning and project management in infrastructure development. He provides proven independent strategic planning with a first principles approach with over thirty years’ experience. Understanding regulatory requirements and successfully navigating Local and Central Government processes is his forté. Chris is a specialist with a focus on waste, water and resource recovery.
Hilary Baird
Hilary - director, consultant and coach - has experience based on a firm foundation of culture change and transformation across various industries. She has developed unique approaches to Agile aligned change and leadership coaching and, with her experience in sustainability, has seen the need for authentic alignment. She is a Change instigator with a passion for creating the right kind of change at all levels. Hilary has a reputation for building relationships, questioning narratives and shifting perspectives.
